Mr. Von der Ruhr was founder and president of Biochem International, Inc., founder and president of Criticare Systems, Inc. and chairman of Immtech, Inc. He has more than 25 years of experience in developing diagnostic monitoring systems for healthcare.

Richard E. Seymour

Richard E. Seymour
President & COO

Mr. Seymour has been serving the OB/GYN market for more than 25 years. He was, in part, responsible for Corometrics Medical System's dominance in the fetal surveillance market. He was formerly Vice-President of Sales for Corometrics. Most recently, he was a member of the GE Marquette Medical Systems corporate staff. Mr. Seymour has been and will continue to be an active participant in professional organizations that represent OB/GYN physicians and nurses.

Sherri L. Huff
CFO

Before joining OBScientific, Ms. Huff held several top management positions with Blue Cross and Blue Shield United of Wisconsin.



Alan Kahn
M.D. - Consultant, Clinical Engineer

A Fellow in the American College of Cardiology and the American College of Chest Physicians, Dr. Kahn has over 42 years of experience in the application of biomedical engineering. He is the holder or co-holder of 17 patents and has provided management or consulting services to many major firms including: Spacelabs Medical, Physio Control, ARCO Medical, Cardiac Datacorp, Nicolet Instruments, Gould, Inc., Medtronic, Hoffman-LaRoche, and Beckman Instruments. Dr. Kahn has also served on faculties of the University of Illinois, University of Minnesota, University of Wisconsin and the University of Cincinnati. He is currently president of Human Dimensions, Inc.



Dan Siker
M.D. - Consultant, Clinical Applications

Dr. Siker is a fellow in the American Academy of Pediatrics and a Board Certified Anesthesiologist. He is also Board Eligible in Pediatric Critical Care. As Chief Resident in Pediatrics at UCSF's Moffett Hospital, Dr. Siker participated in the first fetal operations conducted in 1983. Since then, he has been actively involved with the development of intrauterine monitors while continuing to serve in the clinical practice of anesthesiology at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin and Children's Hospital of the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Dr. Siker is well published on the subjects of pediatric anesthesia and fetal monitoring.
